The Victorian fascinator (tiny hat) is a staple of any self-respecting ladies steampunk attire.

Each one is uniquely made with feathers and other wonderful embellishments.

When ordering, please specify what color/theme you would like.

Each fascinator comes with two attached hair clips so that the hat can be clipped directly into your hair. An elastic band is also included, which gives you the ability to both clippped on and then worn on your head as a headband.
