A LITTLE ABOUT RFA

Red Falcon Armouries was started in 1992 in a small 10 x 14 backyard shed in middle Georgia with little more than a ball peen hammer, a dishing stump, and determination. Red Falcon Armouries now has a few more pieces of equipment and 15 years of experience. RFA has continued to make quality armour and has also added leather armour, clothing, and accessories.

RFA differs from other armouries by its dedication to bringing top quality, reasonably priced armour to the average fighter and jouster. We constantly strive to improve our designs to bring you the most effective, reasonably prices, functional and attractive armour possible.

Our delivery times are among the best in the industry, and usually we ship earlier than scheduled. Many items are normally carried in stock for average delivery within 4-6 weeks. However, due to seasonal constraints, delivery times may need to be extended.

RFA POLICY STATEMENT

• No items leave Red Falcon Armouries shop until paid in full (including applicable shipping charges).
• Down payments for any items are not refundable.
• When contacted regarding item completion for balance due on orders, payment must be made within 2 weeks (14 days) or item will be put back into stock and your order goes to the end of the order list.
• If full payment is not received within 90 days of item completion contact, your deposit will be forfeit (you will not get it back) and your order will be canceled.
• An order is not placed until money is received. All custom orders require a 50% deposit paid prior to order acceptance, with balance due upon completion of item - before shipment.
• Prices and exact designs are subject to change without notice.
• RFA reserves the right to extend delivery times if necessary. Delivery time is generally within 4-6 weeks. However, due to seasonal constraints, delivery times may need to be extended. Please contact RFA for current delivery times.
• If an RFA weld breaks in live combat, we will repair or replace the item at no charge to you. This extends to cover only the item in question and shall not be construed as a warranty of personal safety.
• Weapons combat can be dangerous. Therefore, we assume no responsibility for injuries, damages, or loss of life that may result from the use of Red Falcon armour. You fight in RFA armour at your own risk.

Products purchased at a show or event ("off the shelf") are considered non-returnable. Red Falcon Armouries assumes that since the buyer was happy with it enough to purchase it at that time, then they were satisfied with the transaction. No refunds will be given. Exchanges may be made for like items or store credit in the case of a legitimate concern with the product.
